Stavroula Psarrou is an attorney at law entitled to appear before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos) and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1992. She runs a law office in central Athens, working in litigation and legal advice with a focus on civil and commercial law.
She studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she also pursued postgraduate studies in International Law.
She appears before courts of all instances, up to the Supreme Court, and advises individuals and businesses in Greek and English.

How do I book an appointment?
By phone or email. A short description of your matter helps to arrange the meeting and prepare for it properly.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Anything related to your matter: contracts, correspondence, formal notices, pleadings and judgments, title deeds or Hellenic Cadastre records. If possible, in chronological order.
How are fees agreed?
Fees are discussed and agreed before the case is taken on, depending on its subject and scope, in line with the Greek Lawyers’ Code.
Can the meeting take place in English?
Yes. The office works with clients in Greek and in English.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Yes. Everything you share with the office is covered by professional secrecy under the Greek Lawyers’ Code.
Does an email create a lawyer and client relationship?
Not in itself. An engagement exists once it has been expressly agreed. Until then, please do not send sensitive documents.
